Introducing the Studio 49 2000 range alto chromatic xylophone

The 2000 range from Studio 49 feature hand crafted solid rosewood note bars mounted onto a solid pine resonance box. The instrument is the chromatic half model, which fills in the accidentals missing on the 49-AX2000 diatonic model which then creates a fully chromatic instrument.

The resonance box has a rather unique design which includes a number of separate resonance chambers which creates a full sound quality. There are also integrated handles for easy movement and the whole instrument is comparatively compact which make for easy storage.

Designed for education, this model is robust and comes complete with a pair of beaters.
