Introducing the Studio 49 2000 range alto chromatic metallophone

The 2000 range of metallophones from Studio 49 feature high quality, profiled aluminium note bars which creates unrivaled tonal resonance which coupled with the solid wood resonance box creates brilliant, rounded sound quality.

This model is the alto chromatic half model model which is designed to sit alongside the 49-AM2000 diatonic model which creates a fully chromatic instrument. It is worth noting that this model does not come with F# or Bb notes as these are supplied with the diatonic model.

Each studio 49 model has a patented resonance box design which includes many different resonance chambers which helps create big bold sound. Ideal for the classroom and extremely resilient the model has integrated handles for ease of movement and comes complete with a pair of beaters.
