Building on the success of the plastic pTrumpet, Warwick Music have released the innovative hybrid pTrumpet hyTech. This trumpet combines metal and plastic to create a high-performing, authentic musical instrument that still maintains the lightweight, robust and affordable features of the pTrumpet. Its carefully engineered design develops an ABS plastic body and includes stainless steel lined plastic pistons, a brass and polymer hybrid valve block and lead pipe, and a silver-plated metal mouthpiece.
This trumpet also features metal water keys, with silicon seals on the main and 3rd valve tuning slides, as well as aluminium top and bottom valve caps, stems and contoured finger buttons. The hyTech is compatible with any standard trumpet mouthpiece and comes complete with its own 7C silver plated brass mouthpiece.

pInstruments were developed to foster a love of music in younger students, giving them lightweight and accessible instruments to learn on at cheap prices and – crucially - of virtually unbreakable construction. Designed by a team of UK-based musicians and engineers, this plastic trombone led the way for a series of high-quality, durable, and affordable pInstruments, trusted by scores of general music teachers.
The hyTech trumpet is incredibly responsive, with a free-blowing and open feel. It features an innovative design, which is engineered to produce a high-quality sound with accurate intonation. The durable materials used to produce this instrument make it ideal for use in any setting and suitable for all kinds of performance activities, while still keeping it exceptionally lightweight, which is perfect for younger players. Plus, the light design also aids beginners and encourages good technique and posture.
The hyTech trumpet is also very easy to keep clean and maintain; you only need to use warm water and traditional slide creams or oils. This no-fuss maintenance style makes these trumpets ideal not only for beginners, but also group classes and school music sessions.

pInstruments are serious about making music fun and accessible for all, but are also conscious and considerate of how their processes can affect the environment. Working hard to reduce their environmental impact, pInstruments can proudly announce they are completely carbon neutral - but that is not all.
Here is how pInstruments consider the "3 Rs" during all of their processes to further reduce their environmental impact.
