Melting Point Apparatus - Amicus

The amicus Melting Point Apparatus is designed for fast and accurate determination of melting points. The unit provides fast and easy examination of powdery substances with a melting point up to 450°C ± 10%. Due to the triple capillary intake, it is possible to simultaneously analyze three samples within one measurement run, saving valuable time and effort. The tubes are illuminated with a bright white LED and a lens window is situated at the front of the unit for an optimum view of the melting process. The unit is also embedded with white & black backgrounds to accommodate different types of sample. The main body is made of MS & the top casing is made of aluminium casting. Temperature is controlled by a Knob on the front Panel. Electrical supply: 220V AC.
