Geiger Muller Tube Holder with BNC plug

This Geiger Muller Tube Holder with BNC connector is ideal for demonstrating alpha, beta and gamma radiation in GCSE and A-level physics. Supplied with a 1 metre flying lead, it securely holds the ZP1481 GM tube, recommended in CLEAPSS GL138, and operates at 440V.

The large-area detection window ensures reliable results for decay, shielding, and contamination experiments. A built-in 2M2 resistor protects the tube and extends its lifespan. The removable grill allows for low-level detection, and a fixing rod is included for mounting to a retort stand.
