These ClearSonic sound absorption acoustic panels are a simple, effective solution for controlling unwanted reflections in any environment. Perfect for recording studios, live performance spaces, classrooms, or industrial areas, it allows you to clean up your sound quickly without compromising portability. Designed to fold in half for easy storage, it also features a built-in carry handle for effortless transport.

Effective sound absorption

Each panel is constructed with a 1.6” thick rigid fiberglass core, delivering superior absorption compared to standard acoustic foam or other baffles. The panels are fully enclosed in a Velcro-receptive acoustic fabric jacket, which provides additional absorption while allowing multiple panels to be attached to each other or to acrylic shields using Velcro. Sewn seams ensure there is no exposed fiberglass, keeping it safe and easy to handle.

Flexible setup

The two panels are joined by a fabric hinge, allowing the gobo to free-stand in a stable ‘V’ configuration. When not in use, it folds neatly in half for compact storage. Multiple units can be connected using the built-in Velcro flaps to create larger walls or room dividers, providing adaptable solutions for drums, guitar amps, horn players, or any sound source that requires isolation.

Optimised for every environment

While commonly used with larger isolation booths or acrylic drum shields, these absorption panels work equally well as a stand-alone unit for vocals, voiceovers, or classroom use. Their combination of portability, robust absorption, and easy setup makes it a reliable choice for any situation where clear, controlled sound is needed. Height extenders are also available to increase the gobo’s coverage for taller applications.
