The Chord CG series of guitar amplifiers are a good student or beginner choice that combine robust build quality, clean sound and value for money. The Amp has a classic, familiar design and is vinyl covered with metal corner protectors and a mesh, basket-weave style front grille cloth. On the top is a strong handle attached to the amp with metal clasps.

The unit has a single guitar input for a standard 6.3mm jack to jack and a single headphone output, again for a standard 6.3mm size jack as well as switchable clean and drive channels. The amp also has standard bass, middle and treble controls.
