Each tube is securely sealed with a polyethylene cap featuring an internal liner, ensuring leak-proof performance. The tubes are pre-packed in white styrofoam racks, with each rack containing 50 tubes. They are sterilised by radiation and then each rack is individually wrapped in plastic film to maintain sterility.
