Great flexibility

The Orpheus capsule sits within a large spherical grille that allows the mic to soak up every detail of the vocal/ instrument as well as the space it's recording in. On the front panel you'll find an attenuator pad control, which features a -10dB cut and a unique +10dB boost function, allowing you to place the Orpheus further away from your source, capturing the room ambience, while also providing a strong output signal and no additional noise.

The Orpheus is supplied with a special angled mic adapter to give you plenty of flexibility, whether you are in a cathedral, flying it high above a stage of choristers or using it in a compact vocal booth.
